1. Each driver must fill out tech card
2. Each driver must be of legal age (18) or have release signed by parent/guardian
3. Officials have right to approve or reject entries
4. Any complaints are to mentioned at drivers meeting
5. Officials decisions are final no exceptions
6. Foul language & fighting of drivers & pit crew will result in disqualification from all prizes
TYPE OF CAR
Any year make of sedan & wagon (sedagons and imperials are allowed)
PREPARATION OF CAR
1. All glass, molding, and interior must be removed
2. Motor swaps allowed, welded, chained in whatever it takes
3. Can run engine cradles and big rock x-treme can run chains from cradle to k member
4. Dist protectors allowed can run kicker to protector
5. Can run kickers from dash bar to a-frame also run kickers fro back bar to hump but not across the hump plate must be butted against front of hump
6. Run a good cage for safety can have down kickers in front of cage down to top of frame rollover bar can be fastened to top of car and welded to frame
7. Can run window bars 2 in front 1 in back the back can be welded to rollover bar
8. Can run gas tank protectors can be welded at back
9. must move battery to front floorboard passenger side
10. Can run transmission coolers
11. Any kind of throttle and shifters
12. Can run homemade bumpers - 12 inch bumper shocks
13. Can't change coil spring cars to leafs - don't have to bounce - can weld up a-arms - can run homemade tie rods
14. Bolt cars solid weld seams also run hump plates can use up to 1" bolts
15. Can run up to 8 4X8 plates on pre-ran cars or to patch rust holes 8" plates can't touch hump plates but can be close or can't be across front, top or bottom of crush boxes
16. Can run straps from trunk to bumper 3 spots from core support to bumper in 3 spots no wider than 3 inch straps
17. Can bolt hoods and fenders and quarters
18. Can add gussets to crush boxes no more than 12 inches long
19. Can weld trunk solid with 3 inch by 1/4 inch metal can roll quarters over trunk but no ramp cars allowed
20. Cars sit no higher than 23 inches and no lower than 12 inches
21. Good nasty rules build them tough but not outlaw
RUNNING
1. Each driver must wear helmet and eye protection and seatbelt at all times
2. Hitting in drivers door will result in disqualified
3. If car catches on fire 2 times you are disqualified
4. No sandbagging (also no holding or pinning in corners or against logs)
5. Each driver is responsible for his or her pit crew all kids must be under adult supervision at all times
SMALL CAR RULES
1. 105-inch wheel base or less for rear-wheel drive ~ 110-inch wheel base or less for front-wheel drive
2. 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder or 8 cylinder allowed
3. No 4 wheel drives
4. BUILDING SAME AS BIG CAR MODIFIED!!
STOCK RULES
1. Helmet, seat belt, & eye protection must be worn at all times.
2. The judges decision is final! Cars are subject to re-inspection at any time!
3. We have the right to drill or cut any car at any time!
4. If driver’s door comes open or driver gets out of car during heat, the car will be disqualified.
5. Drivers will pay entry fee prior to the car being inspected. If you have to correct a problem you will be given ONE chance to make it right, otherwise you will load it!
6. Double Teaming - You will be warned ONCE, second time you will be disqualified.
7. ANY DRIVER, PIT CREW, FAMILY MEMBER, GIRLFRIEND, ETC THAT FIGHTS OR ARGUES WITH ANY OFFICIAL WILL CAUSE THE DRIVER AND CAR TO BE DISQUALIFIED.
8. If the rules don’t say you can do it, then DON’T!
CAR PREPARATION & BUILDING
1. Any year sedan or wagon.
2. All glass, chrome molding, hood latches, gas tanks, & rear seats must be removed before cars arrive.
3. Stock type hood must be used. Hoods must be open for inspection. Hoods must be secured in 6 places with 2”x2”x¼” angle. No longer than 6” with 3/8-inch bolts.
4. The drivers side seat belt must be in working order (and passenger seat belt IF you have riders)
5. Gas tanks must be relocated behind drivers seat, securely fastened and covered. Any visible leaking fuel will result in automatic disqualification.
6. Radiators must stay in original location. May be wired on all four corners.
7. You may run electric fan.
8. Batteries must be moved to the passengers side floor board. The battery box cannot strengthen the car in any way.
9. No welding on frames or body seams. This will be checked. No plated frames.
10. Cutting the ends off bumpers or fenders for clearance is permitted.
11. All cars must sit level within 5” with no car sitting lower than 16” from the bottom of bumper or higher than 21” from the bottom of bumper. The bottom of frame rail should be 13” to the ground. No wedge cars!
12. Sunroofs have to be covered. NO exceptions. Any type of fan has to be covered!
13. Factory condensers only. They may be wired in, not welded.
14. A welded 4-point cage can be put around driver’s compartment. It has to be no bigger than 4x6-inches and can be welded to car but not excessively. The front bar has to be 5-inches from the firewall and tunnel. You can wire cage to rails in 4 places using #9 wire.
15. Factory body bolts and bushings must be stock. Broken body bolts cannot be fixed. If broken…leave broken.
16. NO protectors at all.
17. You can use aftermarket steering column. After market tie rods, front sway bar on new model can be bolted to lower A-Arm, not to be welded to frame.
18. Transmission coolers or oil coolers are allowed. No transmission protectors at all!
19. Cars must bounce. Upper A-Arm may be bolted using a 3/8th bolt in center or wired for bumper height (NO Welding)
20. Any year factory bumpers which can be welded are allowed. DEC bumpers are allowed. Loaded factory bumpers are allowed, but NO extreme pointed bumpers. 12” bumper shocks for new models. Old models can weld bumper bracket with one weld pass.
21. Slip shaft are allowed with rear end braces but no kicker to rails.
22. Trunk lids can be welded with 8 plates (Maximum of 6-inch long, 1/8th x 3” thick material with 6-inches of space between them. Trunk needs to be standing up until after inspection then can swag with rear quarts to remain standing. Body creasing is allowed. Window bars are allowed from back glass to lower part of speaker deck, not to trunk lid in any way. This is for safety!
23. Can pitch front rails by ONLY cutting outside flap and then pulling down and re-welding that flap with one pass of weld.
24. NO WELDING except bumpers and motor mounts.
25. Roll over bars are mandatory. Must be straight up and down.
26. You may use 1-inch all thread in core support with 3-inches max spacer.

Can change tires....
POWER WHEEL DEMO FOR AGES UP TO 8....
Bring it as if it came from the store. Will add 4 balloons (1 in front, 1 in back, and 1 on each side). The kids will pop the balloons. Last child with a balloon remaining wins!
